Office Manager

Crystal was born in New York and moved to Fort Worth when she was 11. Her family moved to Virginia in 2004, and after living there for 12 years, she is excited to be back home. She graduated in 2002 from ATI Career Training as a Registered Dental Assistant and has a passion for being in the dental field. Crystal joined Crosspointe in 2016 as Lead Dental Assistant, and in September of 2021 has switched positions into Office Manager. Crystal enjoys building relationships with patients, and helping the patients anyway she can. When not working, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Maria

Patient Coordinator

Maria was born and raised in Texas. She has been in the dental field for 5 years. She enjoys experiencing the joy of patients when their confidence grows along with the health of their smile. She looks forward to getting to know the patients and helping them feel comfortable in any way she can. One of her favorite things is hearing all the stories from our patients! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family or reading a good book with yummy snacks.

Karen

Dental Hygienist, OMT

Karen has lived in Arlington and Mansfield all her life. She has been in dentistry for over 35 years and has been a dental hygienist for 21 years. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable. She strives to make a difference in their lives by educating them about oral health and giving them proper oral hygiene instructions. Karen is married and has three grown daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping and gardening.

Deserea

Dental Hygienist

Deserea was born in Dallas and has lived in Grand Prairie her whole life. She is a graduate of Texas A&M College of Dentistry dental hygiene program. Prior to going to school for dental hygiene, she worked in property management. She became interested the dental hygiene when she saw a mission group giving cleanings to underserved communities in Honduras. This inspired her to go back to school to become a dental hygienist. Deserea is passionate about serving the community and those in need. At Crosspointe, she enjoys educating patients about preventative care and oral health. During her free time, she likes to spend her time with family and friends and enjoys being a baseball and softball mom to her two children.

April

Dental Assistant

April was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to Midlothian, TX in 2021. She graduated from Concorde Career College as a Registered Dental Assistant. April loves to help patients and put smiles on their face. She has a very welcoming and caring spirit. At Crosspointe, she enjoys making sure the patients feel comfortable that they get the “best care in the dental chair.” During her free time, April loves to decorate and enjoys being crafty and creative. She also loves traveling, shopping, and being with family and friends.

Heather

Registered Dental Assistant

Heather was born in Detroit, MI. After college, she moved to the Florida coast. She and her husband had been traveling back and forth to Texas for years. In early 2023, they decided it was time to take the plunge and move to Waxahachie. They couldn’t be happier with the move! Heather loves being a registered dental assistant and feels there is no place better than the great state of Texas! Heather loves seeing smiles on our patients’ faces after treatment when they realized they were stressed for no reason. She’s a proud Army daughter and Air Force wife. She is a veracious reader, loves to travel and make pottery.
