Dania

Director of Operations

Dania was born and raised in Honduras, a small country in Central America. After earning her degree as a General Dentist, she moved to the United States in 2001 to continue building her career. While in the U.S., she also obtained a master’s degree in human resources and for the past 22 years, she has helped dental practices grow, improve, and thrive. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

In 2025, Dania joined our team as Director of Operations, and we are truly grateful to have her leadership and expertise guiding our practice.

Outside of work, Dania has been married for 22 years and is a proud mother of three beautiful children. In her free time, she and her husband are actively involved in their local church, where they lead worship together. She also coaches her church’s volleyball team and is known for her great sense of humor, which brings warmth and energy to everything she does.

April

Dental Assistant

April was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and moved to Midlothian, TX in 2021. She graduated from Concorde Career College as a Registered Dental Assistant. April loves to help patients and put smiles on their face. She has a very welcoming and caring spirit. At Crosspointe, she enjoys making sure the patients feel comfortable that they get the “best care in the dental chair.” During her free time, April loves to decorate and enjoys being crafty and creative. She also loves traveling, shopping, and being with family and friends.

Heather

Registered Dental Assistant

Heather was born in Detroit, MI. After college, she moved to the Florida coast. She and her husband had been traveling back and forth to Texas for years. In early 2023, they decided it was time to take the plunge and move to Waxahachie. They couldn’t be happier with the move! Heather loves being a registered dental assistant and feels there is no place better than the great state of Texas! Heather loves seeing smiles on our patients’ faces after treatment when they realized they were stressed for no reason. She’s a proud Army daughter and Air Force wife. She is a veracious reader, loves to travel and make pottery.
